We met by destiny (part 2)

I think the post will be too long, so i separate it in the two parts. Read the We met by destiny (part 1) first.

And these are the second theme of our photoshoot (took at the same day as the Poker photoshoot) :
Mah Jong!!
(i think the scenes were inspired by the movie : Kung Fu Hustle)

Yes, we played mah jong too....
(now i can't remember the rule of the mah jong game.. somebody please remind me?)

Caution : These photos are quite embarassing.

It was just an ordinary mahjong game in the village

Some were playing mahjong, while some others were busy doing their own things

It was a lot of fun in the village

Until the trouble began...

The knife for cooking become a weapon
and also the broom..

we fight till our last blood...

But how big the problems are, friends are still friends. So we asked for one another appologize.
Wait... why the others were sad when the hurly-burly was over? :O

Family pictures

Say "AAAA..."

It feels so good to have friends with the same pleasure things. We met by destiny. Study together, play together. Problems come and go but we are still friends. Don't make a little problem ruin your friendship, because one day you will remember it and just laught at it.

We met by destiny (part 1)

I was an architecture student from 2006-2010. I had never desired to be an architect before. Honestly, i hadn't have any idea or goal about what i would become and what i would do as my job. I just let it flew. Until one day i was about to fill out a registration form in one college, and in the last minutes on the last day i still didn't know what study i will take. So i just prayed and then i choosed architecture. Then i went with the test, and after a few weeks waiting for the announcement, i was accepted as an architecture student on that college (thank God because i heard it's hard to enter the architecture program on my college, but i made it). So, there i was, being an architecture student for 4,5 years.
And i met a lot of wonderful friends there and now we still hang out together for at least once a month. They are funny crazy people, they can make me laugh alone when i read the conversation on the Blackberry group. About 2 years ago, when we were on our last semester before graduation, we took some thematic photoshoots that 'described' us a lot. And here it is.

Taa-Daa......
Po po po poker game po po poker game (sang with poker face by Lady Gaga tone)
(the scenes were inspired from the Chinese gambler movie)

Caution : This was just a photoshoot. All properties were borrowed for the photoshoot only (we don't use poker chips or money, we don't drink, we don't smoke, and moreover we don't use weapon)

The Boys
He acted like Chow Yun Fat in the movie : God of Gamblers
Caution : It's a FAKE gun we borrowed for photoshoot property
All of us, like those in the movie
It was me holding a cigarette. But the fact is i don't smoke.
The Girls
I said above that we took a photoshoot that 'described' us a lot. We had a 'poker' theme in those photos. But it didn't mean that we are a gambler or something like that. But we really love playing card games (without gambling) :p We always played card everytime we can (when we were waiting for the next subject class, after the lecture ended, when we were hang out together, etc). It's so cute that we had the same hobby that time.

to be continued...

LOVE is a four letter word

People killin', people dyin'
Children hurt and you hear them cryin'
Can you practice what you preach
And would you turn the other cheek

Father, Father, Father help us
Send some guidance from above
'Cause people got me, got me questionin'
Where is the love ?

~Where is The Love by Black Eyed Peas~

If there's a question about what the world needs these days, the answer will be : LOVE. As we can see on the television, internet, newspaper, etc, the condition of our world is getting worse. People only care about themselves, there's no compassion to others. Okay, let's not be a part of those people. Let's be the people who give foods when someone's hungry. Let's be the people who give help when someone's in need. Let's bring peace to the messy world. Let's be a light on the dark, gives hope of a better situation to this world.

~you can not say : "i have loved, but i failed" because love NEVER fails~

Are you agree that love never fails? Are you agree that love is the most powerful thing that exist? Are you agree that love can save the world, it can change even the worst people you ever knew?
If you don't agree, just prove it. Show your love to the people who hate you, your mean friends, your cruel boss, your grumpy neighbours, the bad people you meet everyday. Prove that the love you give will change them. :)

~if you love the people who love you, it's a usual fair thing. But if you love the people who don't love you, or even hate you, then you are creating a better world.~

So, i want to recommend you the latest music album from Jason Mraz. LOVE is a four letter word. Anybody has it?

A simple cover with a simple design, but has an epic songs in it. The beautiful songs sang with the beautiful voice. The songs are very meaningful. Listen and it can bring you a peaceful mind. Give it a try!

67th Independence Annyversary

Yesterday was Indonesia's 67th independence annyversary. It always been a different atmosphere on that big day. The wavin red&white flag everywhere, several contests and ceremony in the city, special Television programs, etc. But since we are in the Moslem Holy month (Idul Fitri is tomorrow), I don't really feel the atmosphere of Independence day as usual. The people are too busy preparing the Idul Fitri day. They are travelling to their hometown to meet their family. They will find a lot of traffic on their way home but it still exciting. I can feel that even I'm not a Moslem.
So.. this is what I did yesterday :

1. Had a dimsum on the new dimsum restaurant (Cing Paradise --> it used to be Telaga Sari, but now it comes with a different concept and different chef) with a lot of friends (some are a new friends I've just met)

2. Watched Expendables 2 on the Cinema. A lot of awesome men. I love them <3

3. Had a super late lunch (4 pm) on Sundanese restaurant : Dapoer Pandan Wangi
It's so late and the food tasted so good, so I ate like a monster.

Those are what i did yesterday, on my country's independence day. I know it seems like i'm not a really good citizen because i don't do anything to celebrate the independence day -_-
But the truth is I do love my country!!! Happy Independence Day my beloved Indonesia ^^
